Rebekah has been longlisted for Searchlight's Best Children's Picture Book Text 2023!

Rebekah won the the Kelpies Prize for Writing 2023! As well as receiving a £500 cash prize, Rebekah will now embark on 9 months of mentoring with the Floris Books editorial team.

The judges enjoyed Rebekah’s compelling characters and engaging dialogue, as well as her skilful ability to transport readers directly into the exciting action of her magic-inspired story, Girmiore Torulbe, in which young dyslexic witch Dea must summon all of her courage to fix a spell-casting mishap…
